Klaviyo adds email deliverability score feature

This is a short description of the post.

Klaviyo adds email deliverability score feature

Klaviyo has added email deliverability score feature that helps bulk email senders understand their email-sending reputation.

This feature is particularly important for email marketers looking for a way to be alerted when their email deliverability is affected. You will be able to see an alert message when you have a low open rate, low click rate, low bounce rate, and low spam complaint rate.

The email deliverability score is calculated from a combination of open rate, click rate, bounce rate, unsubscribe ate, and spam complaint rate metrics.

How to check email deliverability score in Klaviyo

Here’s how you can check your Klaviyo email deliverability score:

  • Log in to your Klaviyo dashboard.
  • Look for the Analytics tab on the sidebar.
  • Click on Deliverability.
  • You will see the percentage of your deliverability score.

The email deliverability score acts as a metric to represent your account’s deliverability health or sender reputation. The deliverability score will only be visible if you have sent over 1000 emails in the last 30 days.
